2022 Adopt-A-Flowerbed Volunteers helped make City Park more beautiful!

City Park’s 2022 Adopt-a-Flowerbed Program was a huge success!

From May through October, volunteers generously gave their time and energy to help Parks staff beautify the park — weeding, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching the park’s many garden beds.

Thanks to the many program participants whose efforts make the park a more beautiful place for us all to enjoy.

Volunteer participation is flexible and a weekly calendar of gardening events will help you set your own schedule, working on your own or as part of a team. You can also participate in occasional large group projects.   No prior experience is necessary.
