For over a century, visitors and residents of Denver have enjoyed playing and relaxing in City Park. In times of turmoil, City Park has been a respite to escape when we feel overwhelmed. This holds true even as the City navigates the Coronavirus outbreak.
City Park has remained safe and accessible to everyone. People in the park have been honoring safe distancing and wearing nose and mouth coverings. We ask you to please continue these practices.
Sadly, many things that had been planned in the Park for Spring and Summer have been put on hold. Our traditional Ice Cream Social and the installation of the Color Fields art project by the lily ponds have been postponed. Keep coming back to cityparkalliance.org for dates/times if we are able to secure new dates this Summer.
City Park Alliance is a nonprofit organization that works with Denver Parks and Recreation to “protect and improve” our beloved City Park.
