Please do not allow unleashed dogs in our parks for the following reasons: if you fence off the dog-run area, you’ll destroy the wide-open esthetics of the parks; if you don’t fence, then you restrict the rest of us who use the parks to arbitrary times of the day or night; and, as taxpayers, we can’t afford any more liability insurance costs. If people want to run around with loose dogs, let them pay fees to provide those areas and that insurance for that purpose. Thanks for listening.
Why are the bicycles the last considered and get the worst accommodations. Could some though process go into stopping people from letting their dogs just run anywhere and everywhere Why are the soccer moms treated like the own the park, street, ….the WORLD sure let them push their strollers and kids of course in the strollers when someone runs over them is there any question who fault it will turn out to be hear the squealing now…” it was my baby…you ran over a child Blah..Blah…blah. but in all the non-wisdom of the board somehow they just can not see or understand …or are scared to say anything about mommies going anywhere they want with the kiddies in the strollers.. it will be somebody’s fault but not the strollers in the middle of the street won’t be their fault What ever happened to the parking spots that were taken up when the museum increased their square footage? Why are all the problems that exist in the park …why are they never solved or even come close to being solved Get some brain transplants.
